Round the Clock ASB reporting: You can now report problems your are experiencing with Anti Social Behaviour and nuisance neighbours round the clock, evenings through the night and at weekends, Simply call 0800 915 1600.

Repairs Texting Service Now Available! You can report your non-urgent repairs to us by starting your message with the word REPAIR, the first line of your address, a brief description of the repair you require and then send it to: 07800002198. The repairs team will then ring you back to confirm the details within the working day. Please be aware that text messages will only be dealt with during normal working times of 8am-5pm. This is a text message only line and will be charged at your network's standard rate dependent on the length of the text.
