Complaints Procedure

If you complain we will investigate and respond as a stage 1 complaint.

If you are unhappy with the stage 1 result you can take it to stage 2 where a senior member of staff will investigate and respond.

If you are still unhappy with our response you can ask us to review it at stage 3 with a panel of Directors.
