ENEHL IS A WINNER most effective partnership - National Federation of Almos Awards 2009

Michelangelo's Mates is a visionary scheme by East North East Homes Leeds in partnership with charity Avalon, which trains people with learning difficulties so they can support older or disabled residents.

The partnership provides work-based training for people with learning difficulties as apprentices in painting and decorating. These individuals then work as sub-contractors for ENEHL to provide a service for vulnerable tenants who are unable to do work themselves (through illness or disability) as well as preparing empty properties in preparation for new tenants.
