Leeds ALMOs and BITMO have held meetings to discuss with tenants the new Tenant Services Authority and the standards that the TSA had developed as part of their 'National Conversation'.
This was hailed a great success with some lively debates around the new regulator and the standards it had produced. The feedback from this event will be forwarded to the TSA as a response from the city.
