Status Survey 2010 – How did ENEHL tenants feel about their landlord?
During December 2010, over 800 residents told us what they liked and what services needed improvement. This report helped feed into our Local Services Standards performance as well as providing an action plan for the future. Tenant’s main focus was on crime, grime and repairs.

Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Currently ENEHL carries out a tenant satisfaction survey each year. This provides an opportunity for tenants to express their views on how well they feel ENEHL has performed and how it should develop.
Opinions are sought on all the housing services we provide, such as caretaking or repairs and maintenance, the level of satisfaction of the landlord services provided as a whole, or about a particular area office and how we take these views forward.
This is an important way for ENEHL to develop services and to hear the views of all of our tenants.
