Welcome to the first city wide report for all Leeds City Council tenants
We have consulted with tenants from across the city in our ‘Leeds Conversation’ events. These events were a huge success and your feedback from this consultation told us the things we need to focus on to give you the standards you expect.
These were broken down and grouped into five main standard headings as set nationally by the Government which are:

- Tenancy
- Neighbourhood and Community
- Tenant Involvement and Empowerment
- Value for Money
Combining your feedback and these standards we’ve created The Leeds Annual Report which outlines The Leeds City Service Offer. So no matter who you are or where you live in the city you know key parts of the service are the same.
To further compliment this, ENEHL will offer a range of service standards that respond to the more local needs of our communities which will be called the ENEHL Local Service Standards.
