The table below shows summary scores for areas after estate services in areas have been judged by local residents. The scoring system is created by Housemark which means that housing organisations such as ENEHL can accurately measure and benchmark their performance against each other using the same criteria.
ENEHL are also looking for tenants and residents to be involved in Estate Walkabouts in their areas. We carry out regular Estate Walkabout Inspections to make sure we know about any problems in our neighbourhoods, such as graffiti or neglected gardens. We invite members of local Resident and Tenant Groups to join us on the walkabouts and to monitor the action we then take. We routinely inspect communal areas in blocks of flats and ensure these are kept clean and well maintained.
