We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to tell us what you think. That means we'll take feedback however you want to give it.

If you are using your mobile phone and you are charged for making 0800 numbers you can ring 0113 398 4711 which will get you through to the contact centre exactly the same.
You can call this number if you are not happy with our service you have received from East North East Homes Leeds.
We will acknowledge complaints within 3 workings days, pass to an Investigating Officer and will send you a written response in 10 working days.
