Tenant involvement is about encouraging tenants and leaseholders to take an interest in the services that we provide.
We want to deliver an excellent service to all our customers. To do this, we believe that you, the people who use our services, should be making decisions with us.
Tenant participation is all about getting customers to share views and ideas, and take part in influencing the way in which we deliver housing services.
We welcome your views on what we are doing well, and what we could do better. We offer a diverse range of ways for people to become involved from answering regular questionnaires to becoming a Tenant Board Member.
We actively encourage you, our tenants and leaseholders, to come up with new ideas and innovative ways of engaging with us so that we can know and understand the issues that are of concern to you.
Watch and listen to tenants and staff talking about diversity and community involvement here.
At the heart of the Partnerships teams work is the aim to get residents involved in influencing and decision making within the organisation either through resident groups at a local level through to focus groups to Area Panels and ultimately on to the Board of Directors.
