You are a leaseholder if you've:
- purchased their former council flat or maisonette
- bought or purchased the lease of flat from a previous leaseholder
ENEHL:
is one of the Arms Length Management Organisations set up by Leeds City Council to manage the council housing properties in the city. We are also responsible for managing the services which are provided to leaseholders in former Council flats and maisonettes. For example we manage the caretaking and cleaning services. We are also responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the blocks of flats and for undertaking improvement works.
Leeds City Council:
holds the freehold of flats and maisonettes sold under the Right to Buy. We work in partnership with the Council to provide a management service to leaseholders.
