- your local housing office; all offices are easy to access, hearing loops are available and help can be given to complete a form.
- By telephoning the contact centre; minicoms are available, also a translation service.
- By writing; this could be in any first language,
- by requesting a home visit

A private interview room can be requested and you can, if you wish, talk to someone of the same gender.
East North East Homes Leeds will make sure the we keep the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with complaints and feedback. Details of cases will not be discussed outside of those involved with the case.
