You can report a repair to us in writing or by sending an email but neither of these options should only used when reporting emergency repairs.
You can report a repair to our Repairs Team by sending a letter to:

Please tell us as much about the repair problem as you can so we know exactly what is needed and we can arrange an appointment with you to do it.
We need to know:
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- Details of the repair.
- Times that are convenient for us to come and do the work.
- Whether you are hard of hearing or if you have difficulty getting to the door when someone calls or if you have any other specific needs that we need to know about.
It helps if you give us a telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss your repair further if we need to and so that we can arrange an appointment with you if necessary. Giving us a telephone number can prevent any unnecessary delays in completing your repairs.
If we cannot contact you by telephone we will send you a letter with the repair details in or respond to you by email if that is how you have contacted us.
