Following a full review of the Down Your Way service, we have now made changes to the service based on your feedback as to how it can be improved.
A key aim of the service is to minimise the risks to vulnerable tenants, such as changing light bulbs, stretching too far and trying to move heavy objects.
Carrying out such jobs for you helps you to maintain your independence, well-being and safety whilst avoiding slips, trips and injuries.
