A customer comes to hand in proof of ID or a completed Leeds Homes Registration Form
- Accept the proof of ID and photocopy the original
- Accept the completed LHRF and input it onto the system
Customers request a Leeds Homes Registration form (LHR) or a leaflet (various)
Customers should be advised to download an LHR from the Leeds homes website www.leedshomes.org.uk using the terminals in the front office area or be given a paper form if they have no internet access.
Internet access is available at most One Stop Centres, ENEHL Housing Offices and libraries. Any of those offices can also download a form for a customer.
Customer requests general housing advice such as advice on the bidding process
Customers are directed to the Leeds Homes website or bidding magazine for advice about the bidding process in the first instance.
Any queries relating to the customer’s specific housing application and circumstances can be dealt with at ENEHL Housing Offices, One Stop Centres or the LCC contact centre on 0800 915 1600.
General queries about the bidding process can also be directed to the Leeds Homes bidding line on 0113 222 4413.
Remember to promote how to place bids using the internet, text message or magazine rather than face to face contact for placing bids, as face to face contact is much more expensive to the Council than self service channels
